GENDER EQUALITY
Domination gender in extractive industry, present key limitations for sustainable leadership opportunities and career growth for women at FOCEI we identify these existing barriers and addressing necessary actions to be taken to promote gender equality and reduced existing gap between male and female gender.
How we go about it
We have worked with Nigerian Women Trust Fund with Support from ford Foundation in achieving the aforementioned goal
