This project was executed in February 2015 in the Kumba II Constituency of the South West Region of Cameroon. This was a humanitarian and capacity building workshop for physically challenged men, women and youths of the Kumba II constituency. This event was headed by the CEMREST representative from Belgium. This event brought together over 100 participants. Present during the workshop was the Lord Mayor of the Kumba II municipality, Senior Divisional officer, and sub divisional delegate of social affairs.
A team of professional capacity builders was invited as resources persons. They drilled the participants on developing their personality, business creation through local techniques and power of positive thinking. After the workshop was the donation ceremony where cloths with over 500 000 Frs. was donated to the participant. Chairing this donation was the Deputy Mayor of the Kumba II Council.

In January 2015, CEMREST initiated a humanitarian and capacity building program in Cameroon. This initiative sets out to engage in humanitarian actions for the under privilege, physically challenged and socially marginalized individuals in local communities in Cameroon. This initiative have capitalized on free will donation to this groups of people and also not forgetting to promote entrepreneurial skills and other capacities necessary for the sustainable development of this group of people in the society. These actions range in the domain of empowerment of vulnerable women, youths and children, promotion of education, health and sanitation and solidarity.
So far, in Cameroon, under this program, CEMREET has carried out three major projects with local communities in Cameroon as of 2015. These projects included
